Music For Gaza
It is hard to watch the news these days.
The people in Gaza suffer unimaginable fear, pain and despair. A solution seems generations away…
What can we do?
Gaza is an isolated place. Nobody gets out, or in for that matter. Maybe music doesn’t seem like the first of aides needed, but it really is. Life will go on in Gaza and we must reach out to the children of this by the world forsaken land and bring them a bit of joy, love and expression through music.
Music can give people mental freedom and make them feel like a part of the worldwide community. Music helps us express our humanity…

We can all help. Music for Gaza is organizing second hand music fairs across the Netherlands, trying to build a music-library and raise money to support and develop a music/educational program for the youth of Gaza as soon as the situation permits. Music for Gaza works together with the Qattan Centre for the Child to accomplish this goal.
Focussing on the positive force of music, we can help these children find the strenght to survive and fight the violence and despair which is so determining their lives.
So, bring your old cd’s/lp’s, at least 10, and donate them to the good cause. DJ’s like ISIS, Kareem Raïhani and Takimi will do the same. Fun part is that for a buck per cd you can of course buy music too!
All profits go directly to the Music for Gaza project.
